1,INTRODUCTION
MEWOI-ST800 ultrasonic thickness measuring instrument measures the thickness according to the principle of ultrasonic pulse reflection. When the ultrasonic pulse emitted by the probe reaches the interface of the material through the measured object, the pulse is reflected back to the probe. The thickness of the measured material is determined by accurately measuring the propagation time of the ultrasonic wave in the material. All kinds of materials, such as metals, plastics, ceramics, glass, which can make ultrasonic wave propagate at a constant speed, can be measured by this principle. Various plates and processed parts can be accurately measured, and another important aspect is the ability to monitor the various pipes and pressure vessels in the production equipment and to monitor their use The degree of thinning after being corroded in the process. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace and other fields. Compared with MEWOI-ST200 series, ST4XX series ultrasonic thickness gauge adds many functions, such as gain setting, limit alarm, data transmission, etc. MEWOI-ST400B ultrasonic thickness gauge combines the functions and technical parameters of MEWOI-ST400 and MEWOI-ST420, that is, it has all the functions of MEWOI-ST400.
